These guys have helped me out on numerous occasions in the past and have probably, literally saved my life. If you guys could spare even 1 item it does make all the difference. It don't have to be expensive but if your in the supermarkets and see the collection box just put something in there it makes a difference. It made a difference to me and being a insulin dependent diabetic was vital I ate nutritious food and thanks to who donated and the guys who spend time helping me out I could eat.
