For those that have wondered about me......There have been no selfies, No Lives, no posts lately.... Sorry about that-

The last five days have been debilitating in a sense that it has been highly unusual for me to not be my usual self at warp speed-

The nights have been almost worse at times...... ...
Whatever virus- gives you that cold and clammy skin-
that "start in your head and move all the way down to the bottom of you lungs" kind of coverage-
and those times when- oh my gosh if I "use one more kleenex" I'm going to scream frustration......

Yeah that's been me....Weak.
I have no voice- not to talk or sing- which y'all who know me know how crazy I must be right now-- because expressing myself is impossible and emotions have been...... Lets not talk about it. chic wedding selections with ruffle or ruching

Thanks for everyone who has provided the home remedies of recipes of soup, tea, herbal concoctions, mucus busting, methods that all worked for somebody at one time or another but truth is....
this thing had a seven day "coming in, full in and going out" period-

Which, if I can still count, this means I should be able to run the scales on my vocals when I wake up on Saturday Morning and recognize myself....

No I didn't Go to the doctor and get any pills, shot, or anything- and I haven't been out coughing on people all week...... I have tried to be considerate.
