The first few miles were tough for several reasons. First, it was super dark. Secondly, it was foggy. Thirdly, my glasses themselves kept fogging up. Lastly, since I couldn't see where I was going, I couldn't find the firmer ground on this dirt road and kept running through mounds of sugar sand. But, I did do 7 miles and my ankle didn't hurt, so that's really good. Plus, it's only 7:25 right now.
